Cobham Sporting Gun Club
The Breakdown Rota
Members are asked to assist in breaking down the shoot a few times a year on a rota basis.
The Breakdown Rota is updated at various times during the year and an email will be sent to all members advising of the new rota .................... please note your date.
If you are unable to help on the designated date, it is your responsibility to arrange for another member to stand in for you and to swap dates with them.
The list of members on the Breakdown Rota is followed by a list of names and email addresses should you need to contact other members.
You can see the current Breakdown Rota here.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read the Rota and the Member Contact details. If you do not already have it you can download the latest version for free at the Adobe website.
The following notes give some guidance about what is involved in helping to breakdown after a shoot;

Each shoot takes about 22 man hours to set up and the Permanent Set Up Squad rely on getting some help to close the ground down at the end of a shoot. This will usually take about 40 minutes or so.
When it is your turn on the rota you do not need to do anything before the shoot or to be there early.
